Nowadays, the globalized industrial production and the raw materials consumption, give a new dimension to the concepts of lightness and reversibility. The Montée project tries to work within these contemporary technical and cultural issues.

The seat assembly principle allows to save space and energy during transport. It is composed of a steel structure and a coated polyester fabric, so its design also facilitates the separation of every material at end of life.

Montée offers a certain aesthetic of the assembly and lightness. It goes from a set of flat graphical elements to a tridimensional piece of furniture. The colored lines meet, overlap and play with the transparency of the textile.
